In campaign of alerts the server displays audio messages towards persons with possibly demands of receipt after the listening of the message or demand of a secret code to listen to the message.
In telemarketing, the server relieves tele-operators of the dialling and presents the calls with possibly a pop-up windows of contact (CRM software).
