Speech recognition

The speech recognition adapted to an automatic attendant allows to simplify the reception and the routing of the incoming calls. The caller gives a name of person or a name of department and his call is transferred.
Thanks to the grammar elaborated by our server of speech recognition, a word or a word group can be recognized in a sentence pronounced by the caller, what allows to improve very sharply the rate of recognition.

APPLICATION

For incoming calls: Virtual Operator
Principle: the callers give the name of a person or a dep further to the greeting announce of the server then they are transferred towards the telephone corresponding in the phone book.
